Welcome to Studio McUtchen! I am a Commercial Interior Designer and a furniture enthusiast! I help my clients design their corporate spaces.
Over the past decade, I have been working with organizations to enable them to unpack their brand, express who they are and how they operate as a team and individually. I have a desire to understand how business really operate and it's important for me to find ways to uncover more of who they are as an organization, how they work, communicate & share knowledge and the tools & resources they need to perform and what they needed to succeed at work.
To ensure our workplaces are ready to face the future we require to perform with deep reflection of our purpose, brand, culture & values.

I was immediately drawn to this stunning chandelier in a newly built monochrome style interior in Cottesloe.
Not 1 but 3 Moooi Meshmatic chandeliers throughout... but were they? In fact they are all replicas made by the owner. Shocked or not? How do you feel about homeowners resorting to DIY to create personal style in their homes?

Classic sofa from Frederiksborg castle 1935 in Denmark. Reupholstered in linen with a collection of mid century wall lamps. Thankfully for the owners, the furniture spoke for themselves. Their subtle stories exuded through the worn leather and classic mid-century danish design. Almost as a whisper.
